Career Summary
Peter Reed is a Principal in Commercial Florida Realty Services since 2008. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Rendina Companies, a Jupiter, Florida based developer where he was responsible for marketing 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate developments, successfully selling over 240,000 square feet of office-condominiums with a value over $64 million as well as leasing over 100,000 of office and medical office space. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. While at Grubb & Ellis he was involved in leasing over 700,000 square feet of office space with lease value in excess of $80 million. He was also involved in over a 300,000 square feet of office sale transactions with total value over $40 million. He was named to the Grubb & Ellis ‘Circle of Excellence Society’ in 2000 and 2001 and was the Grubb & Ellis’s Top Producer in the State of Florida in 2001. Previously, Mr. Reed was a Partner in Commercial Florida Realty Partners, Inc. prior to Commercial Florida’s sale to Grubb & Ellis. At Commercial Florida, Mr. Reed’s past and present Landlord clients include: Parkway Properties Inc., Ascent Real Estate Advisors, JP Morgan Chase, GE Real Estate, Equity Office Properties Trust, Lendlease Real Estate Investments, Inc., CDR Realty, Canpro Investments and American Continental Properties. Before joining Commercial Florida, he was a General Manager with MIG Management Services, Inc. handling the leasing, management of a 1 million square foot office, industrial and retail portfolio for several pension fund clients. He’s a dynamic results oriented leasing executive with over 15 years of experience. He’s a problem solver with strong leadership ability in fulfilling clients leasing and marketing objectives resulting in high rates of closing regardless of economic or business climate.
