Mr. Sboray started his career in the real estate business in 1996 and has held senior financial roles since 1998. He has high exposure to all facets of real estate including operations, acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, and public accounting. His experience includes managing commercial, medical and residential property with companies ranging from Public REITS, institutional clients, TIC clients, and private investors.

Prior to joining CF, Bryan was responsible for financial operations of Parthenon Realty, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Real Estate Advisors overseeing a 10 million square foot portfolio. Prior to his involvement in Parthenon, Bryan had accounting oversight of a division of Apollo’s majority interest in CRT Properties, Inc., a public REIT which owned 20 million square feet. Prior to his involvement with Apollo, Bryan managed the financial operations of Intercoastal Group, a property & asset Management Company overseeing 5 thousand conventional and section 8 residential units. Bryan started his career as an accountant with Hausser + Taylor, the largest Ohio regional CPA firm. He worked in the real estate & construction department specializing in year end audits and tax preparation.
