George Sacks • Peter D. Reed
| Specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties, Commercial Florida Realty Services, LLC was established in Boca Raton in 1994. The principals of the firm are Peter D. Reed and George Sacks. Sacks is a former Vice President and Director of Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield from 1981-1994 and Managing Director for Grubb & Ellis Company in South Florida from 1999-2002. The assets of Commercial Florida were sold to Grubb & Ellis Company in 1999. Sacks and his team, which included Reed, operated as Grubb & Ellis through 2002. Commercial Florida re-commenced operations in 2005 with a new direction focused primarily on leasing and property and asset management of office properties throughout South Florida. Reed a former Senior Vice President in the office advisory group joined Sacks to assist in the initiative. |

- Land Disposition - Provides clients with a full range of highly focused land related services ranging from highest and best use analysis to portfolio land sales.
- Property Acquisition - Searches and identifies real estate acquisition opportunities throughout South Florida.
